Novotel Muenchen Airport - Newly Renovated Freising

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the proximity to Munich airport is super convenient, just a short walk away or a quick shuttle ride. the staff at both check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. the room was cozy, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night before an early flight. the shuttle service was reliable, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Compared to my previous stays, this one definitely stood out for the welcoming atmosphere and smooth processes.

One area that could be improved is the inconsistency in service from the reception staff. While my check-in and check-out experiences were positive, some guests reported issues with certain members of staff.

While the Novotel Hotel Munich Airport has some drawbacks like construction disrupting shuttle service and issues with ventilation, the location near the airport is convenient. The staff went above and beyond for my son's birthday, providing a free cake and decorations. However, the unprofessionalism and lack of response from management leave much to be desired.

From there, we found an elevated walkway with clear signs leading us to the hotel, which was just a short 10-minute walk away. the hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially considering our lack of German. They assisted us in downloading an app to purchase a bus ticket since we didn't have Euros. the room was elegant, spotless, and spacious, with a luxurious tub for a relaxing soak after a long day of travel.
